24x7 Customers operates as an independent, third-party home appliance repair platform. We provide repair and maintenance services through our network of certified technicians. We are NOT an authorized service center for any specific appliance brand or manufacturer. Using our services for appliances currently under a manufacturer's warranty may void that original warranty.
Upon booking, a technician will visit your premises to diagnose the appliance issue. We enforce a transparent pricing policy:
Payment for services rendered and parts replaced must be made immediately upon completion of the repair work. We accept payments via cash, UPI, and major digital wallets. We do not offer credit facilities or deferred payment plans.
We stand by the quality of our work. We offer a post-repair warranty on the specific spare parts replaced and labor provided by our technicians:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please inform us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Repeated cancellations or refusal to pay the diagnostic fee upon arrival may result in restricted access to our services in the future.
